ScenDrive ("the Service") is a cloud storage service operated by Ascendryx Digital ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 18 years old.
You may not use ScenDrive to store or share content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, contains malware, or that you do not have the right to store. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this section.
You own your files. We store them encrypted and only access them as needed to operate the Service or comply with the law. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
Paid plans are billed monthly via PayMongo. Plans renew until cancelled. Storage quotas apply per plan. Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos and may change with notice.
We aim for high availability and maintain real-time redundant replication across independent storage tiers, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted access. We are not liable for data loss; please maintain your own backups.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment.
